Oh that's steep I just ordered a laptop that hopefully works and the postage and packing was only £10.

I have purchased a hudl2 from Tesco. It does everything that I need to do. it is a cracking piece of kit.

I've just come across this thread. I have a laptop and also use a wireless mouse, as I can't get on with the touch bit.
I also have an iPad, which I love, but I've got a logitech keyboard with it, which works with bluetooth which I find good as I prefer typing on a keyboard.

What you have there then is a . . . . NETBOOK !

Shame you paid separately for the screen and then the keyboard. Far cheaper to just buy a netbook in one go. You would also have got some great antiquainted things like USB ports to plug USB pens in and external hard drives or an HDMI port to connect the netbook to a TV. You would also have got a machine that allows you to do normal things like orginise your files, documents and photos into simple folders.
Nevermind.


Now, how would you like to buy a car ? I've got one here. Lovely sleek design, very lightweight, easy for non-drivers to use. Try it and see. If you like it then later on you can come back and buy the engine and wheels which are of course an optional extra

No need to laugh at anyone surely we all make choices that suit us, if Jainie is enjoying her choice then it's the right one for her. It is why I asked for help, I was having problems deciding and with everyone who has answered I have come closer to what I want and what I don't want.
