Fancy a cuppa?

Well, according to this report, tea and coffee appear to be beneficial in preventing type 2 diabetes

Mind you, seeing as everything appears, in turn, to be really good and really bad for you I suppose we should wait for the next report which will tell us that it makes your teeth drop out or ears grow or something?

I hope it stays good for you as I am drinking loads of tea at the moment.

I will alert you if my ears start too grow or anything drops off or out.

Well isn't that interesting. We are usually told not to drink too much tea or coffee. Lets hope it takes a while before the 'next report' tells us it's bad for us. I do enjoy coffee more than tea and to think I'm drinking it for my health is good news.

I heard that soaking dirty greasy fingers in strong tea takes the grime off, . . those words of wisdom came from an old coal miner.

I don't need any excuse to have a cuppa tea! A real passion of mine - and I just adore Russian Caravan....

I haven't had a cuppa in years... it's banned on my detox (Well I can have herbal tea - just never got round to trying it!).

Mind you, I was never much of a tea drinker, but did love dunking biscuits into it

Re: Fancy a cuppa?

I am a coffee addict! I drink loads of it in a day! Started when I worked for the American directors at Chrysler's Car Plant at Linwood, they were always drinking coffee and I got hooked on it then!!

I do like a cup of tea now and again.

Tea for me, mainly green, but I do like a nice cup of Russian Caravan or Lapsang Souchong also.
