Good luck with the seeds.
Seems that I told a lie! Our Palmatum Bloodgood has flowered - we have a small amount of winged seeds on the tree and a few on the ground.. they are quite small but I'll collect them and maybe put them in the fridge for a week.
Odd that we never noticed the flowers!
