Thanks both, I brought up the subject of my son moetmum and got an apology which I was glad of as the young asst had to apologise in front of a pretty crowded P/O. china.

I know this is going to sound silly but... $100.00 in US money is diffrent from the amount you were missing.... what was the amount in US dollars if you don't mind me asking... just curious and trying to learn the diffrences!
