Is it one of the Passion Flower family?
The tight wirey tendrils reminded me of the one I had. I had a devil of a job getting rid of it. It continued to pop up all over the place.

The leafs are similar, but do not think the flower is a passion flower...

There is just one property on each of three sides and then on two sides there are fields. We get a huge number of weeds and other non planted plants. I've posted a couple of mystery plant threads on Catsey already!
