So that's OK then.
I rather think the emphasis is on ARBITRATION to solve issues, JBR, rather than legally binding solutions to problems.

Well I wish them luck!

The EU have said they are not going to offer anything unless we give them some control of our legal waters.

We have said that we're not going to give them any control of our legal waters, any more than France would give us any control of their vineyards.

I really don't think we need any arbiters as they would not persuade us to cross any of our red lines.

And if they did, Boris would know that he'd likely be out of a job in four years!

The rules are allready set out to to control them !
Nothing further is needed !!

Well, perhaps when a dispute is based on the international laws of unclos? The british courts have no jurisdiction over those.

We don't. The point I was making was there is already a system in place for sorting out trade disputes without resorting to the ECJ.

I wouldn't have anything to do with the ECJ.

If you have a dispute with the usa on trade, you go to the United states court of international trade. Not to a british court.
If you have a dispute with the EU on trade, you go to the European Court of Justice, not to a british court.
If it is arbitration you want, not a settling, you can ask the ICA.
