Re: Here we go again !!

lets get this right. Boris is NOT breaking any laws, what he is actually doing is clarifying parts of it so it is better understood. This is sometimes necessary to avoind any confusion at a later stage..

Again it is these remainers that will make any feeble attempt to stop Brexit and not accept the will of the majority of the people. About time they stopped all this nonsense and let us get on with what is going to happen

Pity we'll never know because no court will have to decide. The lords will stop this bill.

Nice of you to say this, but even boris himself does not deny he is breaking the law.

I seem to remember Blair breaking international law as well with his illegal war.

Re: Here we go again !!

It was obvious the London Remain cockroaches would slither out from their dark recesses to use this opportunity to hinder anything Boris enacted. Look at the latest two - Major, in charge when we had Black Wednesday, and he almost bankrupted this country, and of course, the war criminal, Blair, who, if there was any justice, should be rotting in a jail cell. Two perfect has-beens eager for one more 15 minutes of fame by causing as much trouble as they can. I would dearly love to pour a bucket of fresh cowmuck over both of their heads!

As for their so fake protests about the integrity and standing of the UK in the rest of the world if Boris goes ahead? Absolute rubbish! The world is not blind! They have surely been watching as the Brussels mob have tried bullying the UK into submission with their ridiculous threats and demand to continue 'running this country' or no trade deal, even though we have left their corrupt club and once again a sovereign country. Pass me two more buckets of cowmuck!

I sincerely hope that Boris does not cave in. Hold fast and protect this country. Any action against a threat to our country is okay with the silent MAJORITY!

Boris may have said it Solly, but it cant be true because no treaty
is involved in this spat as Boris is only following Barmiers dictat
that NOTHING IS AGREED UNTILL ALL IS AGREED !!
Do you remember that?
Therefore as the FINAL Agreement has not been signed then it
follows that any previous signings are NOT valid!
I am very surprised that none of our learned advisers have not
brought this up yet??
Maybe they are all remainers??

Re: Here we go again !!

Hi

Boris renegotiated May's Withdrawal Agreement, altering the bits he did not like.

He promoted it as his own and then signed it.

The Withdrawal Agreement is a legal Document, it is an international treaty.

The Political Declaration is not.

I may be wring and Boris may be right.

I hope I am wrong because the fallout from breaching an International Treaty will be very costly.

We are hoping for a Trade Deal with the USA.

Leader of Congress has already said if Boris proceeds with this there is no chance of a USA Trade Deal.

Re: Here we go again !!

Pelosi should keep her big nose out of our business. We all know that she and Biden are pro-EU and would not go for a deal with the UK anyway if he is elected. She should learn from Obama's big mistake in sticking his oar in.
That lame duck President was stating on one hand how the 'special relationship' was so important, and with the other hand doing his old pal Cameron and Remainers a favour by threatening to put us at the back of the queue if we voted to leave. How did that work out Pelosi? It was a wonderful poster to show waverers how to deal with bullies, just as we are having to do once again with the EU.

The usa is the guarantor of the gfa, and has continued to support the full implementation of the gfa and has demonstrated its readiness to assist the process in any way. Each of the Special Envoys has periodically reported to U.S. Congressional committees on their activities and the status of the Northern Ireland peace process and other matters concerning Northern Ireland.

Your totally amiss donks. Barnier was talking about the overarching deal about trade, fishing rights, banking etc. His statement had nothing to do with the WA. Of course a legal advisor would understand this.
