The police are recommending stronger action in that the families of these young criminals are evicted from their social housing .
Many of these wayward young men live with single mother in council owned accommodation ( thereby proving that the lack of a father can adversely affect a boy growing into manhood without some sort of guidance from someone )
80% of the defendants were from a non-Anglo Celtic ethnicity.
When this keeps occuring it's fair to assume it's cultural.
Not one of those people will be living in poverty, unless it is self inflicted, as we have a benefits system that prevents that and record employment .
These people are scumbag criminals preying on the weak and vulnerable. No way to excuse it. They make their own choices.

My eldest sister, husband & child are on benefits and they don't even remotely live in poverty.
