Why don’t you Marxists just fight elections as the Marxist Party rather than take over what was once a proud left of centre party and condemn the rest of us socialist leaning voters to decades of Tory rule? I’m off an age to remember Militant and the years of Maggie Thatcher they condemned us too. Thank God I’ve got an alternative up here.

Re: Labour Splits.

I am amazed there hasn't been a split before.

I watched a programme some time ago on BBC2 where a film team were given access to prospective and existing Labour MPs during the last election, it was very revealing.
Many of the existing MPs hated Corbyn and Momentum with a vengeance and that included Steven Kinnock who hadn't got a good word to say about his leader.
There is not much unity in the Labour party behind closed doors .

Labour is all about the parliamentary party not the people these days.

Re: Labour Splits.

So lets get this right.
These are mp's who have done their level best to scupper a democratic vote, but want us to both vote for them and trust them?

This

The usurping of the "Labour" banner by a bunch of ultra Marxist thugs has been just laughable. The fact that they feel the need to do that rather than simply create "The Marxist Party" speaks absolute volumes.

The nation wasn't fooled by the move and has increasingly been unimpressed by the appalling militant actions of Momentum thugs against other politicians.

There is absolutely no question that Jezbollah Corbyn and his rogues gallery of undesirables have no future whatsoever in UK politics.

New parties will form to restore the Labour banner and Corbyn and the feckless "Oh Jeremy Corbyn" sycophants will drift off into the sunset.

It should have happened years ago, even before the last General Election but the Loonies have been lost in their delusions. Hey ho. Tories will remain in power for many years to come. Poor old UJ.

Re: Labour Splits.

So chukka and co couldn't reform or change the labour party from within so they decided to leave ...

Sounds a bit like Brexit....

Then they decided that their constituents would be denied a people's vote on their plan and vision of the future...

Sound a bit hypocritical

Hmm....

Especially as two of their number have electorates who voted overwhelmingly to leave.

I see the hate campaign against the seven has begun in earnest by the far left of what's left of the `Labour Party`. Ne'er mind, they've got pinko commie Derek Hatton back into the fold.

Getting even more unelectable.
