Over 300 redundancies

Losing over 300 jobs at a factory locally today, work closes end of May. Sad time for many of them as they were talked into going onto a new contract last year so won't get the 20 odd years redundancy pay they should have been entitled to.

Bournemouth are getting many of the jobs but at over £7 less than the byfleet factory were getting.

Not brexit related just mean owners can get more for less money doing this. But it's amazing how quickly local news are reporting if as brexit result.
