Banking Fines

The Banks have been fined left right and centre of late for this and that, given that a Bank should only carry investors cash, who is paying the fines?.

I guess it comes out of profits Paul .
I can't understand why more bank employees are not going to prison for fraud .

Indirectly the Bank's customers - we pay the Government gets just another back stairs taxation scam.
