We have plenty of Mistle Thrushes but Song Thrushes are scarce.

Rare bird nowadays...very common when I was a kid.I remember many nests in hedgerows when I was birdnesting.Always remember the difference with blackbirds...Song Thrush nests were lined with mud...blackbirds weren't.Same differences with song,the thrush song was repetetive...the blackbird song was a medley of notes.
