#1 ... not close up.
#2, #3, #4 ... I asked permission.
#5, #6, #7 ... are street performers, they expect to be photographed. And I always put £1 in the hat.
& #8 ... not exactly close up, but if somebody objected I'd happily delete the shot. I've done that before, it's when people are working illegally, but I normally avoid such places and I guess they might avoid working in touristy areas. It's about doing what's socially acceptable.
