I'd like to see limits on immigration and also see newcomers abide by Canadian law (no honour killings!) or be deported.
The more crowded the city becomes, the more I'd like to move to the far north and live a simple, quiet life.

Barry you appear to have a short memory. One Adolph Hitler had a similar policy. Firstly he started on the 'so called' mental defectives', the Socialists and Communists and then turned his attention to the jews. We all know what happened at places like Auschwitz and Treblinka. Seig Heil!!!!

I note your lack of condemnation of the events across Europe between 1933 - 1945 and in fact, Hitler's expansion into other European countries was as a result of wanting more 'Liebensraum' because he too considered Germany to be overcrowded, so the same policy advocation is relevant.29-02-2012, 06:35 PM

I do not support compulsory euthanasia but I do support population control by other means, not just for this country but also globally. I believe it to be essential for the continued existence of mankind if it is to retain any reasonable level of quality of life. Exponential increase in world population is unsustainable and at some point some controls on population growth will be necessary to prevent total self destruction as we fight for dwindling natural resources, so why leave it until then?
As a final aside let me say that the irony isn't lost on me of your apparent likening of me to Hitler, when you are a man that apparently idolises Joe Stalin, another one of the biggest mass murderers in history..

First of all I say bring back the death penalty for murder and terrorism involving indiscriminate bombing of the innocent.I don't believe we should deport all immigrants when they were invited by us to do the jobs we wouldn't. We wouldn't have many surgeons, doctors or nurses left, no it as to be selective.
If you are a foreigner and can't support your family you must return to place of birth, of whence you came.
I don't believe we should take the right from our own citizens from having children of their choice, that is why we have allowed immigrants here to make up the population, no we should encourage more of our own kind which will in it's self take up the room so there is NO room left for folks to come in.
I believe Uncle Joe has summed up Hitler nicely, no way can we adopt his tactics, very barbaric.
