Getting Help with a Problem.

When asking for help with a problem, it's always so helpful, to the reader, if you follow a couple of basic acts.

For example, if you have a Computer Problem, you should always include the make and model of your PC (usually written on it) and information about the platform which is installed. (example W10, professional edition).

Then describe the symptoms, e,g, "I get error message .....or this or that happens.

Which program does it go wrong in, is it a game, or whatever?

Information is everything to those who try to help!
