You would not believe the mess I have made I have oil paint everywhere -despite the fact I have only used four colours .
All the rest were impossible to open can’t think why it’s only 20 years since I last used them !
Azure please can you tell how long does it take this paint to dry ?
These are the oily oil paints not water soluble
-I have added a nose band .
Oil paintings dry quicker if you use a small amount of Liquin or Oil of Copal mediun, mixed in the Oil paint tubes
Also dry quicker in a warm atmosphere.
They can be touch dry in two weeks.
To be tottaly dry takes six months or more and then you can varnish them to protect them.
