If you get an email saying your TV licence Direct debit has been cancelled .
Do not answer .
This is a scam

I had the same one yesterday, my second one in a few months.

The spelling mistake with the word licence/license alerted me to the first one and i deleted it straight away.
They haven’t been alerted to their spelling mistake so No. 2 has also been deleted.

To be fair the TV licence itself is a scam.

In the USA "license" is a noun as well as a verb

I hate that expression to be fair

It’s always followed by something that is not fair .

No the TV licence is not fair but stealing someone’s banking details is worse .

I've had this one too.
I loathe these low life who try and do this to us.
