They were probably the same people who bought up all the toilet paper!If it was spare vaccine that was going to be thrown away, then it wouldn’t be so bad.
These people took advantage of a loophole and this is what some people do.
It doesn’t mean l condone their actions but somebody was going to take advantage.... Chancers.
