I bought it a few years ago and apart from 2012 when it wasn't necessary to use at all, has been well used every other year. As far as I can remember it was about £65.00.

sunny and bright today after a night of rain .... everything is looking fresh again in the garden.

I've started sorting through a few things for our forthcoming holiday later this month, we're not going abroad this year so I hope our UK weather will be kind to us.

buenas dias all. As usual, very hot and sunny, temperature creeping up and up, no doubt August will be creeping over 40C as usual. Determined to have a lazy day today got a busy week coming up.

Rachel the coolers UJ talks about are "swamp coolers" or "evaporative coolers". They usually do cold or hot at the flick of a switch, we used to put those blue ice packs in ours. We gave 3 of them away not too long ago, we used them in rooms where there was no air con but we now have inverter air con units in all rooms so they were not needed. I´m sure you will find that most electrical stores sell them, Amazon certainly do.
