I'm fortunate to never get them, which is odd as I do a lot of the things that supposedly cause them: eat a lot of acidic foods (tomatoes, orange juice). smoke, drink and adore hot spicy foods! Just the luck of genetics, I guess ...

The only thing I do out of your list Eileen is drink orange juice....
Will try the vits though, thaks Vicki....
