With all the penicillin and AB's you're taking I think you probably need to replace the healthy bacteria in your gut as AB's kill it off which could be causing your problem. Have you thought about getting some of that pro-biotic yoghurt? You might not need to take so many solitary walks!

Yakult sounds good to me too
And fennel seeds and caraway seeds - maybe peppermints.
