ive been meno for about 7 yrs now. went on hrt for a while. but my monthlys where everywhere. but no sweats. then my angina happened. so they took me off my hrt (sob) no weaning nothing. so within 2 weeks i was full fledged menopause. felt dreadfull.
tried everything. im on sage capsuls at the mo. but i did try red clover for about 6 months plus. and was great. no sweats. just the occasional power surge.
but i get the sweats now. but not as severe as they used to be.
but i was talking to a lady today.and she was still having the sweats and she was 80. but my goodness she looked fantastic. if she hadnt of told me her age. i would of said 60/70 just hope id look that well.
but ive always said if it was up to a man to have the sweats. there would a magic pill. and no more problems lol they do get it easy dont they.
