I feel grotty, itchy nose, it's running too, watery eyes, cold sweat, . . . arrgh, I've got the cold.

Never mind, . . the heating's on.

I hate being ill Mags, I seldom get colds or flu and when I do I take it badly.

Never mind, . . I've got Nero to keep me warm in bed, . . that's if I can get into it.

Try not blowing your nose (just 'wipe' it). I find that once you blow your nose then it's like a tap turned on! Yet if you don't blow, it's not anywhere near as runny. Just takes a bit of will power to go against what you feel like doing!

A friend of mine has just had a really bad cold, it went after 5 days. Hope you feel better soon Nero.

If you get the sudden urge to go and wallow in some mud whilst squealing with pleasure then it's possibly swine flu!

There's only one thing worse than a cold ............... and that's a man with a cold!

My Dad was like that; never sick, so on the rare occasion he got a cold, he was dying!! (Guess who I take after...)
