Amazing guys doing an amazing job

being ex military myself I find WW2 , history in general and some of the amazing facts that I’m only just starting to actually get my head around (as I too get older) and possibly think and appreciate the past a little more ..
I accept many wont be at all interested but for any with an hour or two to kill I thought I’d share these YouTube clips ..
The first being the mosquito aircraft , how it came about and whilst spitfire and Lancaster take a lot of the glory I believe this beautiful thing more than played its part

This story is ... well where does one start ?
It isn’t a movie , no chisel jawed hero chasing bad guys and rescuing a beautiful woman from certain death .. this was real life and young men volunteering for what they must have known deep down they possibly ( probably ?) won’t be returning from yet still they went ... amazing bravery

Yes these mosquito videos are interesting. I'm just 52 find them fascinating, aviation in general really.
