Some Doctors seem to have little to be doing these days bar reading James Bond novels, what a waste of time using a fictional character as an example to encourage people to give up the booze. What next, was Mickey Mouse a Junkie all along?, Batman a pervert?, Mary Poppins a secret drinker?.
Pay no attention to this rubbish Mark and carry on as you are, once you're happy thats the main thing.

Yes, I have definitely gone off the boil lately. Trying to get my equilibrium back. Tis coming back slowly .

Very true but my sober demeanour has been pretty sour lately and that is a bit disconcerting. Sore ankle and no exercise might be compounding the issue.
