Mad Dogs the Finale

Did anyone watch this two parter (having seen all other series)? I was quite confused at the end, as to the identity of the baddie when he pulled his mask off in the car, and no-one took a blind bit of notice, or commented.

Yes I could see who the actor was! Was he a twin, gone bad?
