Just thought I'd have a go at making a collage since the topic came up recently. Added effects by using the 'rounded corners' and '3D' tools included in Xara Designer:

Brilliant Mart. I like the 3D effect. I recently noticed that Gimp has a 3D button but yet to use it so I'm not sure how good it is.

By the time I'd finished, the shapes reminded me of the lids of the tobacco tins that had Golden Virginia or Old Holburn in them.

I smoked Golden Virginia. The empty tins made good component boxes for my tool case. I've still got two of them that have labels I stuck on the ends from all those years ago. They are used for storing small screws in now.

Thanks. Those tins could be tomorrow's collectables. An empty one might even become worth enough to buy some more tobacco.
