Not sure whether standing so close to someone being vaccinated for a publicity stunt is necessarily work related.

when we went up Pen Y fan a few years ago I took a flask of coffee and some sandwiches to have at the top. Yep it was exercising (check the route up and then argue the case!), yes it was cold up there and yes we did need it to give us energy and warm us up for the downward trek. I wouldn't normally take a hot drink up a mountain but it was a cold day.

Nobody would have blinked had they been carrying water bottles in the hot summer.

Ah but you are only allowed one hour for exercising Annie, I think I could manage up and down Pen-Y-Fan in one hour.....But can you?....

Boris reckons that when you exercise you should start and finish in the same place i.e. your home....

Hi

I start and finish at my own home, I am not allowed to drive yet following my operation.

I cannot exercise for one hour, I simply cannot walk for that length of time.

I go out for ten minutes at a time, neighbours are fine with it, I wear a mask and gloves when I go out.

I am technically in breach of the rules, but neighbours are fine with it.

No sorry Swim, I didn't mean (or Boris) that it was compulsory to do an hour of exercise.... Any exercise is better than no exercise...
Some people will flout the rules though and go out for several hours...

And while we are on the subject, I think 'Local' to a runner could be ten miles for an hours run, whereas on a bicycle local would mean between fifteen to twenty miles for just an hour of exercise. But I consider both of these disciplines totally safe in the catching or spreading of the virus, providing it is done solo.
