sad to hear about Kodi 
It may be significant that Kodi is not so well since his meds were reduce and that he is now getting a build up of fluid that is making him feel unwell.
Maybe stick with the meds that suited him and look at addressing the peeing in the house by making sure he is taken out more often if possible and praise him for peeing outside.
I hope you can resolve this problem very soon...xhugsx

Bit of good news update. Kodi, is much brighter today and even eaten all his food. He's wagging his tail again. I reinstated his water tablet last night. Its like he's a different dog, last night I thought he was going to die. Thanks for all your responses to mt post. X
