Awake early, something is going on locally, lots of lights and noise.

Once awake, difficult to get bak to sleep.

Another work from home day but I’m thankful to have a job that I enjoy.
Im starting the day with a grateful heart.
It’s going to be a blistering hot day today. It’s already hot.

Good morning all, a light frost here with a sunny and cold day ahead forecast so no snow or rain for a change, hurrah...

I've just got the weekend food shop to do first thing, and I am trying a new recipe for lunch called cardomom chicken, so,wish me luck...

I’ve been up a couple of hours unable to sleep, just finished the ironing and now enjoying a cup of tea.

From what I can see we’ve had a heavy frost during the night.

Cold but the forecast here isn't bad....no rain yippee!!

I'm going to my new house today to do some measurements....i was there a couple of weeks back and the place is full of spiders....everything needs doing ...i must be mad taking it on but oh well I've started so I'll finish

Minx, I do not envy you the heat - I am a cold weather person.

Mags - you should have said you were in need of ironing to do - I could have sent you mine!

Summer - don't hurt those spiders. Are you going to take some before/after photos?

Swimmy - I know you had good reasons for moving there - but it doesn't sound very restful!

Cold but dry here today - may venture out for my permitted hour's exercise - at least as far as the post box anyway!

It's a lovely bright morning with a touch of frost.

I'm going a circular walk with daughter Karen to a Codnor castle. It's an old ruined castle within walking distance from us. I haven't been for years.

No other plans. Will probably have a good long relax when I get back.

good morning and NO rain, maybe a good reason for my trail cameras to pick up the fox in my garden, first visit this year, and a wood mouse found one of my new log piles, maybe its new home
