What wonderful words to dedicate to your friend Helen. I hope she has heard the song and that she is feeling very loved and peaceful. I feel so choked up at listening to it and knowing that the words mean so much when such good friends face parting. xx

Thank you for your nice replies. It's just a waiting game. Friends can mean as much as family. She's mad as a hatter, daft as a brush, strong as an ox, and an inspiration to us all. Friends are so important to us. A good friend means the world.

Well, my friend Helen continued to soldier on and died this morning, very peacefully, surrounded by her girls. Rest in peace xxx
