I'm a fan of uh hem..."Classic Rock". Know I've reached geezerhood when most of the tunes in my MP3 player are from when I was about fifteen. Modern performers? Rhianna, Pink, Macklemore, oh and Bruno Mars (guess they don't like last names any more)
One band that was good when they had the swing revival was The Royal Crown Revue, the singer did a pretty great Sinatra impression

I love all sorts of music new and old so is difficult to mention some depends on what mood or frame of mind I am in.
