i am not fat but I would like to be a stone lighter .
When I was working I was somewhat underweight for my height .( 5ft 6 ins )
And could eat anything I liked .

I am a stone overweight and I need to lose it so the doc says,i seemed to have piled it on since I retired.--any tips off the ladies??

I'm noticing a theme here, it's not sweets and cakes and biscuits that make you fat, it's retirement!

Neither fat nor thin...just about right but wouldn't say no to losing some...I've found that the weight creeps on the older I get so by the the time I'm 90 I will be hitting 15 stone possibly lol (I'm early 50s atm)

Don't know whether I'm overweight ... I still go in at the waist and out at the hips instead of looking like a weeble if that counts.

Weight can fluctuate with ill health ... 10 years ago when I had a prolonged spell of ill health I was losing a stone a month and got down to 5st 11lb. You could rap out a tune on my hip bones and my ribs were like a glocksanspiel.
