People or animals
Other than your family and friends would you say you prefer people or animals.I personally would rather be around animals than people.
Animals don't purposely hurt us, they aren't judgemental, have vile or vicious tongues and are not mean and cruel.
The older I get the less I like people.

I like some people LQ, but I've had animals around me my whole life, and wouldn't want to ever be without them.I find them really interesting, and so easy to get on with, - easier than some people. I enjoy caring for them, and just like their company. I hope they feel the same about me.
My old GSD's were totally loyal and never failed to look out for me, but these little toe-rags I have now would go off with anyone who waved a biscuit at them - well 3 out the 5 would anyway. (The other two would prefer a piece of chicken.
)Even those poor creatures who have suffered terribly at the hands of humans, manage to forgive and trust again in the right hands. Many humans hold grudges for life.
It's not just dogs either. I love birds, poultry, donkeys, goats, and other things too, but I would never want to be without a dog next to me.
