I don't think there is any point in these trendy diets . If you want to lose weight you have to change your lifestyle on a permanent basis .

I agree Abbey.

Unless there is a strict medical reason for a certain 'controlled' diet, then it is a case of sensible healthy eating, and exercise to ability.

We all know what we shouldn't eat to excess, so the answer is in our own hands,
