For those of you interested in psychology and have channel H2, this programme is amazing!
It explains so much about how we see things, process things and remember stuff.
Lots of illusions, it makes you question whether we are actually experiencing or seeing what we think we are!

It was very disconcerting, especially where spiritual experiences were concerned, so easy to be misinterpreted. I'll be watching it a lot!
