Dale Griffin (Mott the Hoople)

Sad to hear that Dale Griffin (Buffin), drummer, has died aged 67. I loved Mott the Hoople, and there is also the connection with David Bowie who wrote the song All The Young Dudes.
RIP Buffin.

The world of music will never be the same again for me after loosing so many musicians who gave me so much enjoyment as I was growing up.....irreplaceable......

Saw them at the Leeds Uni Saturday night show. Either 69 or 70 They had some
great groups on every Saturday. Another one of the musicians gone
around the same age. Dale also was 67 like Glenn Frey.
Never ending at the moment, you keep wondering who is next?

I saw " Barclay James Harvest " at Leeds Uni about 72 or 73

I thought Mott the Hoople was a great band in the early 70's, RIP Dale+
