Still dark out there at this unearthly hour so no weather, other than the Met. Office forecast – dry initially with cloud and rain, mostly light, spreading during the day. Maximum temperature 14ºC.

Mundane household chores to do today, like the washing and cleaning the house through!

Today I plan on a trip to the town with the crooked spire - Chesterfield. I'm birthday shopping with daughter Sue.

Meeting Ady, Paula & children tonight for a meal so quite a full day.

Good morning all, just back from Tesco and it's started spitting with rain so I'd better get the dogs out sharpish before the proper stuff arrives...

Nothing else planned except pie and mash for lunch yum yum..

I'm still in terrible pain, but that's life.

Nothing planned for today but at least the rain has stopped.

My Electrician has just turned up, so must go.

Good morning from a very wet dark S W .Midlands.not sure what to do today, I woke up feeling a bit yak. My head is a bit fussy. Might take a walk up the lane to the farm get some veg and eggs if it stops raining. Hope you all have a good day.

Off into town this morning, I have 3 birthdays this month and am stuck for ideas for two of them. Will pop into M&S for our usual Americano and Mocha to keep Mr Mags happy

Good morning everyone a dark damp morning.

I have damaged my knee again climbing a ladder to trim a shrub. Last time I did this it took months to get better. I am doing all the right things with ice/elevation/and exercises but completing many tasks like walking Chloe has become slow and painful. I guess it is all part of getting old and bits of my body wearing out.
