Re: Prince Philip hurt in car crash,

After reading an online newspaper today, he can’t even confide in the Queen as they say, he and the Queen, live separate lives.
I wonder if Prince Philip has been offered Victim Support by the Police or, is that only for victims of burglary, assault etc?

Journalists: "Brexit will monopolize the front pages for weeks!"
Prince Philip: "Hold my beer!"

Why do they always say that when people have separate bedrooms ? They may obviously be estranged but it looks to me like they just have separate bedrooms and he's retired and she is still working. Not really not getting on just doing different things for a while.

Plenty of marrieds have separate bedrooms... it's the only way if you want a bit of p&q and an uninterrupted night's sleep.
Your own space is without price imo.

It stated, they don’t even have breakfast together, so who’s he going to confide in? Charles is too busy talking to his plants about Camilla!

Re: Prince Philip hurt in car crash,

Art you are funny!
It's said they don't even have breakfast together...you make breakfast sound like it's a formal meal!
In most families it's on the hop... in their case and at their age I would think it's a leisurely affair maybe even in bed.
Maybe one of them sleeps 6 hours and the other sleeps 8-9 hours as in our case!

Re: Prince Philip hurt in car crash,

After all those years of marriage is it any surprise they lead separate lives?

Just because they sleep separately and do their own thing doesn't mean the marriage is dead or that they don't talk to each other.

Exactly ..... the less they see of each other, the more they'll have to talk about when they meet .....
