I had an early morning Dr's appt. so didn't get my early walk in but just got a walk in this afternoon and will this evening.Hint for someone else, I used to do this but mostly use scat bus now. Park as far away from the store that you are going to within reason so you can get even more exercise. Forget it in cold weather. Don't you just love people who have these great ideas for you and don't do them themselves
