Hi Mick, strumming your guitar and posting here seems a good idea

Just don't do what I did when I was recovering from an op last year. Watching Jeremy kyle, loose women, This Morning. I was glad to get back to work

No hopefully can steer clear of daytime tv. Looking at weather forcast we are looking like having a good spring and early summer so will make the most of not being indoors.
