Are There Any Flowers You Wouldn’t Have in Your House?

I would not have... Lilac, Lillies, Lily Of The Valley, white blossom or red and white flowers together in my house. I consider them to be bad luck.

You might agree or poo, poo my views but l’d be interested to know if you agree or disagree.
Are there any flowers that you wouldn’t have in your house?

Muddy, The smell of Lillies is awful and overpowering! I just can’t have them in the house.
I still say, flowers are for the garden.

Flowers in the house isn't really something men do, so I have noticed. I've never had any in the house, ever. They're a waste of money to me.

The oriental lily leaves stains of pollen, so won't have them in the house.
Also, dinner plate dahlias, as tiny black bugs and ants attach to the multitude of petals, any you can't shake them off before bringing them inside. They are beautiful, though.

As for other flowers, I love them all, and appreciate any brought to my door. Even as a young mom, my kids would bring me dandelions and they had a place on my counter, too.

Re: Are There Any Flowers You Wouldn’t Have in Your House?

Oh I do like flowers in the house. I'm growing pansies from seeds at the moment in my mini greenhouse, in the spare room. When any flowers I have are just about to fade, I take them out of their vase and press them in a little book.
