Re: Good Morning Saturday

A late good morning to you all because I went shopping early to beat the crowds, for veg & stuff for tomorrow's dindins.
Saddleback pork leg, crackling too all being well plus all the trimmings.

Have a great day folks and enjoy the weather if you have it good because it's cloudy and "meh" here so far.

Ok back now after the second jab . Pity this doesn't allow one to travel abroad so I can go in the river cruise postponed from last year

Re: Good Morning Saturday

A late good morning all.

I unashamedly slept in this morning, and feel much better for it too.

It is warm here, but more overcast than the last few days.
I only have a small garden here, but there is still so much to do out there.
We need a bit of overnight rain as everything is dry as bone.

Got some soup to finish up for lunch, and a nice wholemeal roll, then it's off outside to do some never-ending weeding.

Re: Good Morning Saturday

Hello everyone, better late than never. You all seem so busy makes me feel real lazy sat here at my desk. Can't stand this high pollen count it is causing me to struggle for breath. Have taken antihistamine too but doesn't seem to help much. As long as it is not covid I am suffering from.

Have a good day everyone, stay safe and well. God bless.

Re: Good Morning Saturday

Hi

They have very nearly finished.

Two bulk bags of gravel plus the fabric moved from front to back and laid.

30 bags of 50 litre compost also moved.

They took the fence down to do it.

Mum is hilarious, give me the money, I will pay them.

Not a lady to be trifled with.

Get a move on, you two promised to take me shopping and I have got your money.

Chop, chop, get a move on.

Your lunch is on the table and getting cold.

Good luck, Jazzi. Just be sure you don't get the two mixed up .

Also 4 years ago today my DIL was having a caesarean to deliver her second lot of twins, so the 24th of April is quite a memorable day in our family

I am heading for the garden to put the canes in ready for the runner beans, I will be late planting them this year but can at least get ready for them .
Aww, Meg what an absolute day of joy this must be for you in celebrations and memories! I hope you all enjoy however it is that you are celebrating today.

I will show you mine, if you show me yours ....

after I get the final delivery of sand in a couple of weeks, that is.

Have a fine rest of your day, everyone.
