Advice please - water problem

I live in a bungalow with a private well. Today there is no cold water flowing in the taps in the kitchen and utility room, which are side by side. There is water in both bathrooms, which I THINK have a separate direct supply from the well. I'm pretty sure it is not a pump problem. Could it be blockage or airlock?
I will try to get a plumber tomorrow, but just a bit concerned, so any suggestions welcome.

Is the pump an above or below ground system?
Is it a drilled well with liner?

Might sound daft Ania, but is the well covered? Can anything (or anyone)
have fallen in - are there any lambs or such like around you?
Can you see down there?

Re: Advice please - water problem

My feeling is that the problem lies in a pipe between the well and the kitchen, but it's only a guess.

Is it possible to check for scale/debris on the pump filter?

I'll have to investigate! But the pump tripswitch has not been tripped, so would have thought it was ok. Also, not all taps are affected.
