Saucy or not

After a very very long first week back and 3 swimming sessions I treated myself to some carbs in the form of an Asda flatbread pizza (just big enough )
Now i love pizza with ketchup on the side
and lately discovered I like mayo with pizza too
So.. last night I had both!
Spectacular it was!!!

Do you have sauce with your pizzas or do you consider it a sacrilege!

Re: Saucy or not

Since pizza is ostensibly a toasted cheese slice, I use Worcestershire sauce on it.

No sauces for me, I find them tasty enough without.

Re: Saucy or not

Sorry Rhian, I don't like Pizza that much, if I do have one I would not have any sauce on it at all, as I will have a very hot and spicy pizza.

Re: Saucy or not

Just as it is normally, Rhian. But it depends on what type of pizza I'm eating. If it's a lovely spicy one I have been known to add some Reggae Reggae sauce to it. Delicious!

Re: Saucy or not

I also like Mayo with my Pizza. Apart from tasting nice, it cools it down a bit so I can stuff it in quicker.

Re: Saucy or not

I rarely have a pizza but if i do walk by the freezer they're stored then i'll maybe grab a couple..but..they have to be Dr Oetker. I bung 'em in the freezer when i get home but obviously i know they are in there so they don't live for long! Ketchup, HP,Mayo, whatever i lay my hands on goes over it, not all at the same time of course, and it's gone in moments.
