The work surfaces were put in when the house was built as most of the other stuff was, The doors are good and I couldnt see the point in spending a fortune in refurbishing them, so the tops have it. The plumber has been tonight to isolate the water and the joiner will arrive at 8-30 but its hair cutting day for Phoebe and he said he doesnt mind being here on his own, I get in a panic when left on my own with some-one I dont really know, its just old age really.

Its all done and dusted and looks very nice, just have to change the colour of the walls to terracotta.
