It had been a difficult and very lonely period in her life, but now.......

The tractor driver ignored her waving arms and drove past seemingly oblivious to her plight.

Muriel's shoulders drooped and she let out a sob, she was thinking of her husband and desperately needed to get back to collect her children from nursery school. Bending down she removed her high heels and set off walking along the road....

much to her surprise she found the tractor driver there. She told him that she had broken down just up the road, she went on to tell him that she had tried to get his attention but he had not seen her. 'I'm so sorry' the young farmer said, 'I should wear glasses but when I'm on the tractor I don't bother, and I was listening to music on head phones' the young man went on to apologise some more and offered Muriel a drink which she thankfully accepted. 'Now what can I do for you?' the young good looking farmer said.
