Back to the topic, I believe that there is a real effort on behalf of remain loving Labour and bitter cabinet has-beens to demonise Dominic as some sort of Grigori Rasputin figure.Luckily, Boris and he are well aware of what is going on. It must be scaring the bejabers out of the moaners that Dominic is putting a bowling ball through the shysters, the wasters, the greedy careerists, the job for life brigade, the lazy and the useless. It is a task that has been long overdue for decades. He is doing his job well. Has accomplished what he wanted so far. Long may it continue until we have a Government and Civil Service that we deserve - to drive this country forward.

There certainly seems to be a need to remove people who know what they are doing from the system and create chaos. It seems to be happening across the board.

It probably needed someone who is not in the pocket of Government or Civil Service to be ruthless to get what was needed, to be done. I believe he is using a method that they call in the USA to get rid of the dross here - Downsizing!

Labour and the remainers are frightened of Cummings. Not only does he share exactly the same opinions as Johnson, he is absolutely committted to get their ideas delivered and his results are staggering.
Labour are sidelined for minimum 10 years and by then, the government will be a much different place and a very different operation, one which they will have no idea or experience in running. They will be rank amateurs, newbies with zero experience, still on the learning curve, walking 100 steps behind a new, modern, highly functioning government.
Nobody will be interested in going bsck to the past just like we saw in the general election.
