Why is it that when someone from some kind of "minority" does something praiseworthy, it's due to them being a member of such a group and we are all expected to lavish praise due to their situation; but when one of "them" does something wrong and vile, it is deemed racist/sexist etc for anyone to castigate them and their offfence?

They're multi-coloured like their flag. That can't be offensive, can it?
And I'm sure they mince things, things like meat when they're cooking, for example. So that's OK too.

Oh, and don't say MEAT either in their presence as they're likely to be vegans and they'll bite your head off.
