Joni Sledge has passed away.

Always liked her.

I enjoyed the Sister Sledge/Nile Rodgers collaberations.

How sad and she was only 60...
I love Sister Sledge and play their music cd's in my car...very loudly!

It was so sad to hear that Joni from Sister Sledge had passed away.

But when you listen to their songs you cannot help but feel jolly and to start dancing.

Watching the news when they said she had died they started to play We are Family and Lost in Music at least the music will remain.

I keep seeing four of them and then three....what happened to the other sister?

You can hear Nile Rodgers' distinctive guitar in all of their tracks.
